By downloading, accessing, or using the Poolber ecosystem (Customer App, Provider Web Portal, Tech Dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Poolber operates as a marketplace and software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform connecting pool owners with independent pool service professionals ("Service Providers"). Poolber itself does not execute physical pool cleaning or maintenance operations.

3. 100% Free Core Platform for Users

As outlined on our platform, basic access to the Poolber core tools is completely free for homeowners and everyday pool professionals. We reserve premium enterprise subscription models exclusively for large agency accounts. We firmly stand against hidden fees.

4. User Responsibilities

• Homeowners: Ensure safe physical access to pool equipment for dispatched technicians. Ensure submitted payment methods are valid.
• Service Providers: Provide accurate work records, maintain professional conduct, and uphold state-mandated certifications corresponding to chemical handling.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements regarding service quality must first filter through the built-in Poolber Dispute Resolution Module, which pauses the payment routing until an agreement is reached between the customer and provider based on the digital media vault records.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Poolber guarantees the uptime of our software routing systems, we are not liable for physical damages, chemical imbalances, or equipment failure directly caused by the actions of independent Service Providers acting on your property.
