This includes your name, service address, contact information, and technical data transmitted by pool sensors (such as LSI metrics and chlorine levels). We also preserve maintenance records uploaded by technicians, ensuring you have a Lifetime Digital Vault of your physical property.
Your data is used strictly to facilitate connections between you and your service providers, process payments securely, and analyze pool health to dispatch automated alerts. Real-time telemetry is only visible to you and the authorized professionals explicitly assigned to your route.
Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard AES encryption protocols. Strict access controls ensure that service providers only see the telemetry of pools they are actively maintaining.
You may request a full export of your Lifetime Digital Vault at any time, or request complete account deletion from our active servers.
